This Total Chaos king kong steering system upgrade is engineered to increase steering response and reinforce critical steering components on 1986–1995 Toyota 4WD Pickups and 4Runners equipped with compatible long travel steering setups. Designed for off road durability and high load conditions, this race proven system strengthens factory steering geometry while maintaining stock mounting locations.

By upgrading both the centerlink and pitman arm with gusseted chromoly construction and a stainless steel uniball connection, this system improves steering precision and long term reliability under aggressive use.

Heavy Duty Chromoly Construction

• TC gusseted factory style centerlink that bolts to the stock mounting location

• TC gusseted 4130 chromoly pitman arm

• 3/4 inch I.D. stainless steel uniball with PTFE liner pre installed in pitman arm

• Heat treated hi misalignment spacers

• Grade 8 mounting hardware

• Fully rebuildable system

The stainless steel uniball provides increased articulation and corrosion resistance while maintaining steering accuracy.

A pitman arm core is required.

Installation Requirements

• Vehicle must be equipped with a Caddy idler arm

• Vehicle must use heim joint tie rods

• Designed to integrate with compatible long travel steering systems

• Core pitman arm required
